Moderation and verification

More than 20 000 authors who create unique content every day are registered on the lava.top platform.

In order to protect the platform from any potential problems that can endanger your business, there are 2 types of verification. Let’s discuss each of them in more detail.

Content moderation

Content moderation is the process of reviewing published content to make sure it confirms to Terms of service of the platform. We care about our clients and try to protect them from inappropriate content. We also check that all materials adhere to legislation and acquiring partner policies.

All materials published on the platform undergo moderation. If changes are made to a product that was published earlier, then it will be re-moderated. The process takes no longer than 24 hours.

We have made a guide for our authors, which will help in passing moderation on the first attempt. Detailed information on publishing content can be found in Terms of service.

Requirements for filling out the profile:

  1. Name and surname are specified (or project name), and an avatar has been uploaded.
  2. A description of what you do is specified.
  3. There are links to current social networks, contact data for getting in touch with the Author (email, Telegram, WhatsApp, …).

Requirements for content:

  1. The name and description of the product is specified. The description should make clear what the client will get after the purchase.
  2. The Landing page and the “After payment” section is filled in, the cost is specified
  3. Materials don’t contain information that violates the Terms of service of the platform. For example, personal information of clients.

Please note that in addition to the list of forbidden content that is given in the Terms of service, it is also prohibited to accept payment for:

  • physical goods and their delivery;
  • transcendent services (esoteric rituals and consultations);
  • services that are not rendered through the Internet (beauty services, property rental, transportation of goods, etc.).

All content will be reviewed by a moderator after publication or editing. If the content has not passed moderation, then it is not possible to withdraw funds received for its sale.

After passing moderation, all funds received for the sale of content will be available for withdrawal.

Verification

Account verification is an automatic identity verification process that takes less than two minutes.

Verification guide

1. Turn off all VPN services.

2. Go to the “My balance” page on the right side of the page. Then click Start verification in the top right corner.

3. Select the country and document type to verify your identity.


4. Upload document photo.

5. Turn on the camera and show your face – this way the algorithm can compare your face and the photo in the document.

The verification process uses the SumSub service. It has been developed using the most modern personal data protection technologies. This is confirmed by various certificates.

After verifying your identity, you will be able to withdraw funds.
