Information on the balance and sales

The “My balance” section

This section contains information on the author’s available balances, divided into currencies.

The amount next to the currency symbol is the amount that is available for withdrawal.
The amount in gray is the amount on hold (is frozen), which will be available after passing content moderation.
The Withdraw button lets you withdraw funds from the system to an author’s account. More information on ways to withdraw funds can be found in the article.

“My Sales” section

1. Here you can find information on all sales of your content:

number of sales,
date of sale,
buyer name,
name of product,
tariff|subscription level,
cost,
payment status.

2. You can also sort your sales using additional filters:

select specific dates,
find buyer by their email;,
select a currency;
select a status: declined, successful or unsuccessful;
calculate lava.top commission for withdrawing funds.

3. When selecting a specific client or subscription, you will see a list of the clients that have paid for it.

4. Each transaction will have one of the following statuses:

Rejected – the bank has declined the transaction for various reasons, for example, if there are not enough funds.
Success – payment was successful, purchase completed.
Failed – the payment widget was opened, but the purchasing process was not successful.
