What is the commission amount that you charge authors?
The platform’s commission is always the same – 8% from every payment. This means that until you sell something, the service is completely free.
Why is the payment not successful?
If the payment has not been successful, then it is important to understand what amount you are trying to pay and from which card. Currently it is possible to pay for a product using the following methods:
– Visa, MasterCard (in euros and dollars).
Do you issue receipts?
Unfortunately we do not issue receipts. If you need a payment confirmation, then you can use the receipt from the online bank, which will also confirm the payment.
Is it possible to return the payment?
