Canceling a subscription to an author’s content
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to cancel a subscription to an author’s content on the lava.top platform.
All purchased products, including subscriptions, are available in the “My purchases” section.
1. In order to cancel a subscription, go to the “My purchases” section.
2. Select the subscription that you want to cancel. Click on Cancel next to the currency.
3. Click on Unsubscribe.
You have now canceled a subscription to an author’s paid content, you will receive an email notification about it.
❗️Please note that this is not a refund, it is the cancellation of the next payment. The subscription to an author’s content lasts exactly 30 days from the time of payment.
