Subscribing to an author’s content
This is a step-by-step instruction on how to subscribe to an author’s content. You can subscribe in two ways: on the author’s page through the “Subscriptions” block to the right, or through one of the closed posts published on the author’s page. We’ll have a look at both ways.
❗️Before subscribing, make sure you have enough funds on your card balance to pay.
Subscribing through an author’s profile
1. Go to the profile of the author you want to subscribe to. To the right you will see the “Paid subscriptions” section.
2. Select the required subscription level and click on the blue Subscribe button.
3. Please note that the currency is set automatically depending on the language of the browser from which you access the platform. You can manually select a different currency in your account.
4. FIll in the details of the card with which you want to purchase the product.
5. After the transaction has been completed, the purchased digital product will be available in the “My purchases” section.
Subscribing through a closed post
1. Select a closed post to which you would like to gain access.
2. Click Get access.
3. Select the required subscription level and click Subscribe.
You’re done! You have subscribed to the author’s content.
The subscription lasts exactly 30 days from the time of payment. You can cancel the payment at any time. This is described in detail in the step-by-step guide.
❗️Please note that this is not a refund, it is the cancellation of the next payment. All purchased content will be available until the end of the period it has been purchased for.
