Withdrawing funds

Funds can only be withdrawn after verification, which is an automatic process of checking the author’s identity, which takes less than two minutes. More information on the verification process can be found here.

In order to withdraw funds, go to the “My balance” section and click the Withdraw button in the required currency.

A withdrawal request needs to be confirmed by a one-time code. It will be sent to the email address that is linked to the account. The code needs to be entered in the corresponding field in the author’s account – only after this will the withdrawal transaction be created.

Please note that the code has to be entered within 5 minutes of receiving it.

Each balance has different withdrawal methods, conditions and limits.

If the funds are on hold, this means that the product for which you have accepted payment has not yet passed moderation. Moderation takes no more than 24 hours from the time of creating/editing a product. If the product has not passed moderation, the author will get an email notification.

Why hold can occur:

  • The product has been deleted and paid for, without moderation.
  • The product’s publication has been canceled, but paid for, without moderation.

Dollar account ($)

Payments to a bank card issued by the Visa payment system, issued in one of the following countries:

Limits:

  • Minimum payment amount: $20.

Payment with conversion of dollars to USDT.

The exchange rate is updated once a day and is displayed when making a withdrawal request.

Limits:

  • Minimum withdrawal request amount — 3 000 dollars.
  • Max amount — 30 000 dollars per 24 hours.

Euro account (€)

Payments to a bank card issued by the Visa payment system, issued in one of the following countries:

Limits:

  • Minimum payment amount: €20.

Payment with conversion of euros to USDT.

The exchange rate is updated once a day and is displayed when making a withdrawal request.

Limits:

  • Minimum withdrawal request amount — 3 000 euros.
  • Max amount — 30 000 euros per 24 hours.

Withdrawal to USDT

In the “My balance” – “Accounts” section, click the Withdraw button and Convert to USDT.

FIll out the withdrawal form:

  1. Withdrawal amount (minimum amount: 3000 dollars or euros).
  2. The second line of the form will show the amount to be withdrawn in accordance with the exchange rate to USDT.
  3. Specify the cryptowallet number.
  4. Specify one of the available networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20.
  5. Click Continue and check the information that you have filled in.

Withdrawals to USDT are processed manually by the financial department, so it can take up to 10 working days to withdraw funds.

How long it will take to transfer funds

If the withdrawal transaction has been approved by the bank, then funds will be transferred within 1 to 10 working days, depending on your country and bank. The average amount of time it takes to transfer funds is 2-4 days.
