What are donations?
A donation is a monetary reward given to authors as a token of gratitude for their efforts. Such support is sometimes very important for experts, and it also allows subscribers to express their appreciation.
Benefits of donations:
- Authors can provide additional bonuses to those who make donations;
- Content creators receive an incentive to improve their content and come up with new, useful materials;
- If the audience likes your content, they can thank you with a big or small donation.
How to enable donations on lava.top
- Donations are shown on the right side of your page. To activate them, click on the toggle switch next to the label "Donations".
2. Every person can express their gratitude with an amount of their choosing.
❗️A donation won't be visible in the author's profile until it passes moderation. The process takes no more than 48 hours from the moment of publication. You can read more about the moderation process in our article.
Donation Amounts
Your subscribers have the option to send a predetermined amount of donations, or they can choose to enter a custom amount. Authors on lava.top are not allowed to set their own donation amounts.
The fixed donation amounts available are:
- In dollars: 5, 10, or 50 dollars.
- In euros: 5, 10, or 50 euros.
❗️Subscribers always have the flexibility to enter any other amount they wish and can also leave a personal comment for the author.
